My name is Chester, I live on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota. I am a "foodie." I travel quite a bit and love experiencing new food. I also co-own a local restaurant where I live.

Our fresh breakfast of Nigiri-zushi from one of the restaurants in the outer rim of Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo, Japan. This was the 1st plate too :)
I have been to this same restaurant twice. Right next door is a restaurant that has a huge line of people waiting to be seated. I don’t wait for anything (other than potatoes during times of famine!), but I do wonder why everyone is waiting? Is it that good? This place is kinda empty both times. But the fish has to be very fresh and the chefs friendly. It all seemed pretty good, darn good, to me!
Tsukiji Market (築地市場, Tsukiji Shijō) is a large wholesale market for fish, fruits and vegetables in central Tokyo. It is the most famous of over ten wholesale markets that handle the distribution of fish, meat, produce and flowers in metropolitan Tokyo. Tsukiji Market is best known as one of the world’s largest fish markets, handling over 2,000 tons of marine products per day. Always Best when you Press “L” for LARGE | Facebook
